The lessons in this app have transformed my family life. Instead of trying to change the behaviour of my children I have learned to change my own behaviour. As a father of two boys changing my habits, changing the way I react, changing how I deal with my own emotions and frustration I have been able to bring harmony in our household and am now able to help my sons grow up, capable to deal with their own difficulties as well as difficulties live throws upon them.
